As both the principal owner and broker of record for an independent brokerage in Pennsylvania and an agent working within a franchise in New Jersey, I have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and advantages faced by small brokerages and agents affiliated with larger firms. I believe this dual perspective enables me to represent the diverse needs of our members, small and large brokerages alike.

Additionally, as a younger broker-owner, I bring a fresh perspective to the board, adding diversity that reflects the evolving landscape of our industry. I understand the needs of newer agents and millennial professionals, while also respecting the experiences of seasoned agents. By fostering a culture of collaboration, I aim to create an environment where agents at all stages of their careers can share knowledge and support one another.
