Calling all Lehigh Valley area landlords! Funding is available to landlords who join the Lehigh Valley Regional Homeless Advisory Board’s Landlord Network! You will receive guaranteed rental payment, reimbursement for property damage or missed rent, case management for tenants, and other supports.

Those who join will also receive:

• $1,000 signing bonus for first unit. $500 signing bonus for second unit. $250 signing bonus for each additional unit. 
• Up to $2,500 is available to landlords for mitigation.

Become a part of a network of peers who have already agreed to rent to homeless or at-risk households. Learn more at an informational session on March 30, 2023, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The session will feature city, county, and nonprofit resources that will support landlords.
